Here's an idea for a doujin/manga
Because of a severe dip in population growth, fertile women are drafted as breeders, and able-bodied men are assigned by lottery to impregnate them. The women are shipped in sealed containers with equipment that detects when they are gravid, at which time they are collected and housed until they give birth and then sent out again.
What do you think?

I can't decide how many pages. ^^
Because normally we're working from a manuscript.
Then make a raw sketch, and after that go to the editor. then the last part is making a final decision.
